|Chain of Fish
fanfold computer paper,scissors,markers,crayons,assorted stickers
On fanfold computer paper, draw the outline of a fish which reaches from edge to edge across the length of the paper. Cut out to form a chain of fish, joined at the mouths and tails. Make enough to represent every member of the congregation.
Lay these out on tables and have every member sign one fish. Then have children or families decorate the fish with markers, crayons, and various stickers. Join separate chains into one big one.
On Pentecost, display the Chain of Fish in the sanctuary or have volunteers tow it in one long strand to the altar in a procession. There it can be piled up in a fish net as an offering.
