Jesus Loves Me Necklace
You'll need:
Colorful Tagboard,Chenille Wire,Straws,Cereal Circles,Hole Punch,Scissors,Markers |
Directions:
Cut one 3'' heart and two 2'' hearts from the tagboard for each child. Write "Jesus Loves Me" on the bigger hearts. Punch two holes at the top of each heart. Cut the straws into various short lengths. Twist two pieces of chenille wire together to form one long piece. They should overlap about 1''.
Give each child a length of wire and two small hearts and a big heart. Thread the big heart through the wire so that it is in the middle. Have the children thread the two small hearts, cereal circles, and straws onto the chenille wire. Form a clasp for the necklace by bending one-half inch of the wire on each side and hooking them together.
