Mustard Seed Necklace
You'll need:
yellow foam paper, mustard seed packets, white glue, hole punch, pretty ribbon, pre-printed Bible verse for each child. |
Directions:
Step 1~ Cut out a circular foam pendant for each child using yellow foam paper. The circle should be approx. 1 1/2 inches across in diameter.
Step 2~ Hole punch the top of the pendant.
Step 3~ Draw a thin cross on the pendant with glue.
Step 4~ Cover the glue with mustard seeds so that you have a mustard seed cross. Let dry for atleast 45 minutes.
Step 5~ Hole punch the upper left corner of the pre-printed Bible verse.
The verse is:
~If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Step 6~ Attach ribbon to the pendant to form a necklace that children can easily take on and off. Tie a knot on the top of the pendant with the ribbon to keep it in the center and also position it to lay flat against the chest.
Step 7~ Add the Bible verse to hang on the necklace as well behind the pendant.
