Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Pops
You'll need:
chocolate wafers, they look like vanilla wafers but they are chocolate, creamy peanut butter, popsicle sticks, dark chocolate bakers chocolate, sprinkles, wax paper

Directions:
Step 1~ Have children spread a thin layer of peanut butter onto one side of 2 wafers.

Step 2~ Press the top portion of the popsicle stick on the peanut butter of one of the wafers.

Step 3~ Sandwich the two halves together so that you have a cookie popsicle held in place with peanut butter.

Step 4~ Melt the chocolate. You are going to need a lot of it so you can completely submerse the entire wafer in it.

If you are melting chocolate in a pot remember that you must do this over low heat and stir constantly.

If you do this in the microwave, you can only cook it for 20 seconds at a time or you will burn your chocolate.
(This will stink up your entire house in a matter of seconds and your chocolate will be ruined. Believe me, I know!)

Step 5~ Holding the handle of your popsicle, submerse the cookie into the chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drip off.

Step 6~ Quickly cover with sprinkles of your choice.

Step 7~ Place on wax paper to let dry.

Step 8~ Eat and enjoy!!!!
