1 c flour,1/2 c salt,1 teaspoon cream of tartar,1 c water,1 tablespoon oil,food coloring
Put all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, until dough pulls away from the sides of the pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool. Then knead until smooth. Store in ziplock bags or an air tight container. This makes a soft dough, and is great for playing with.
