You'll need:
3 cups flour,1 1/2 cups salt,3 tbsp oil,2 tbsp cream of tartar,3 cups water,Food Coloring (optional)

Directions:
Mix and cook over very low heat until not sticky to touch. Then cool and store in air tight container.
