Self Control Trail Mix
You'll need:
Paper cups,a large bowl,peanuts,raisins,butterscotch chips,and coconut.

Directions:
Hold up the foods one at a time and ask the children how much of each they would like to add to the trail mix. Encourage them to include plenty of healthy ingredients. Have the children take turns adding ingredients to the bowl, stirring, and distributing the mix in paper cups. As the children enjoy their trail mix, tell the story of Daniel and the king?s food found in Daniel 1
