The Two Greatest Commandments
You'll need:
two pieces of construction paper per child, markers, old birthday, all occasion cards, scissors, glue

Directions:
Have children cut out fronts of old cards to glue as the front of a card to the Lord and to their neighbor. Fold the two pieces of construction paper in half. Let the children glue their cut-outs onto the front of the construction paper cards.

On the inside let them "or you help them" write a note to the Lord telling Him that they Love the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength in their own words.

On the inside of the next card let them "or you help them" write a note to their neighbor to go with "Love your neighbor as yourself". "I am glad you are my neighbor, etc.",If the child does not know their neighbor let them write it to the teacher next door, etc.

This craft goes great with the Two Greatest Commandments found in Mark 12:30-31.
